Malika K victim of valse allegations by overzaleous private dick

Malika PanoramaIn a recent article in Dutch Weekly Panorama it became clear that selfappointed private investigator Jaques Smits fabricated all allegations against Malika Karoum in Dubai. Karoum, who divorced and fled from her then husband Mohammed Boulnouar after years of abuse, has been accused of practically any thinkable crime, by 'private dick' and 'kidhunter' Jacqes Smits.

Smits and others made self-incriminating statements against reporter Bas van Hout when they thought the camera was off.

Smits e.g. stated that he had fabricated the allegations about her and had spread these allegations, leading to Karoum being let go from one job and suspended from her current job.

He also stated he tried to incriminate Karoum by sending her parcels with drugs, by express carriers UPS and DHL. With these actions he hoped to get her in trouble with the Dubai authorities. This is what he says when he thinks the camera is off:

I am smoking her out. Whatever the cost. She has to leave Dubai, be extradited. then she can be arrested. At the moment there are 5 packages of drugs and XTC on their way to her. One package is already returned to sender, one is intercepted at customs and we follow the other three through Track-and-Trace at UPS and DHL. If she accepts these then she is mine. You are the only one that knows this.
Smits initially denied these allegations but had to tone down after a video made by reporter van Hout appeared on the Panorama website. Smits then stated he had 'only said this to test the reliability of van Hout'.

Later on he tried to justify his shady and illegal dealings by stating "the goal justified the means", being silent on the goal however and he boasted to have recently attracted many more customers as a result of the article. No doubt a false statement considering the time spent on various internet fora lately by Smits, first calling the Panorama article a 'blatant lie' later on boastfully dodging the issue.

Smits worked for Boulnouar, who is now wanted by Dutch Police for fraud: Money paid to him by Hadj-pilgrims supposedly was stolen by 'robbers'. Like with other incidents that supposedly happened to Boulnouar, no one has actually seen any sign of the robbers or proof there even was a robbery. No bullets and no shell casings were found. Days after the robbery, Boulnouar disappeared, leaving 400-800 devote muslims without money, without arrangements for the hadj and without their passports.

According to Karoum in the same article, the continuous harrassment by her ex Boulnouar had nothing to do with him wanting to be a good father to their son -who is now subject of a custody battle- but everything with the fact that he could not accept that he could not control her anymore.
